If you feel ready to make peace with food with your body then intuitive eating coaching will be a great step for you. Intuitive eating coaching can help you heal your relationship with food. It can reduce binging eating, yoyo dieting and restriction. It helps individuals develop trust with their body and feel at peace with food. It can also help break negative thinking patterns, improve self-esteem and help you tune into your bodies internal wisdom.


Intuitive eating is not a weight loss approach. It's important to put weight loss on the back burner to truly learnt how to listen to your body. As you learn to become an intuitive eater your body will stabilise at its natural weight but this isn't the focus of our sessions. The sessions are focused on helping you to address your body's needs and look after yourself from a place of self-compassion and self-care.  

Intuitive eating coaching isn't therapy. Even though I'm a therapist and will use CBT techniques, sessions are focused on helping you think differently about your relationship to food and body image. If we think that therapy would be helpful, we can discuss ways for you to access further support. 


How do you work with clients?

I work with clients via skype/zoom. This allows me to work with clients all over the world. 

Do you offer a payment plan?


I truly believe that support should be accessible to everyone. I offer a monthly payment plan. I also have limited sliding scale slots to make coaching more affordable.
